Performance Based Incentive System (PBIS)
North Carolina Partnership for Children holds local partnerships accountable through the Performance Based Incentive System (PBIS). PBIS sets criteria that impacts children’s readiness to enter school healthy and ready to succeed, identifies standards for each of the 22 criteria and measures local partnerships’ progress towards meeting those standards.
